This amazing pizza palace is filled with fun activities for the whole family. The buffet has several great choices. You can choose your dining atmosphere in any of the 4 dining rooms, sports, italian bistro, 50's cafe with karaoke stage, and the cartoon room (plays non-stop cartoon favorites). After dinner, play video games, ride the go karts, go for a ride on the indoor roller coaster, play glow-in-the-dark mini golf, bowling, or enjoy the toddler section with indoor bounce houses and play area. Before you head home, stop by the prize booth and cash in your tickets for great prizes. You can also use your tickets to build your own custom stuffed animal. Great place to book Birthday Parties! It is a little pricier than your average pizza/arcade but a lot more fun. Also, during the school year they offer a great deal on Tuesdays only for 1 free hour of play time with purchase of the buffet (which is mandatory anyway). Since our family started going to Amazing Pizza Machine we haven't stepped foot into a Chuck-e-Cheese's. That would be like going from a Lexus to an Aveo.
There has only been one time where I was slightly dissatisfied with this Pizza Hut. It was on a Friday, and the pizza I picked up wasnt what I ordered. But, when I called to tell them, the woman on the phone was very nice and apologetic. She offered me a free pizza the next time I ordered because of their mistake. In their defense, they are one of the busiest Pizza Huts on Omaha, so if you wait until you're starving to order pizza on a Friday night, be prepared to sometimes wait an hour and a half for your pizza to be delivered. The employees at this location seem hard working, the people that answer the phones are very nice and funny. Don't scream and yell at them if your pizza is late or wrong, or if they are out of something. It is not their fault, but, they will be more than happy to make you satisfied. Anyone who has worked in fast food or at a resteraunt knows that not everything goes as planned. I didnt give it five stars because the inside of the store could use some updating, but thats easy to overlook when the employees there are so good looking :)
First time here and we were totally impressed. Nice comfortable sports bar with a great atmosphere. Our first waitress Skye (sp?) was fantastic. She was prompt, courteous, nice and truly enjoyed her job it seemed like. The place was busy but she was always there when we needed her. Prices were great on our beers and the menu is large. I had the turkey burger the California way - pico de gallo and avocado. I have never ordered a turkey burger out and I will definitely order one again there. My partner had the mushroom swiss burger and it was loaded with fresh mushrooms and was piping hot. She loved it!. Good skinny fries topped it off. We were there during a shift change so Morgan took over and she was just as friendly as our first waitress. In fact everyone there had a smile on their face, said hello and made you feel welcome. Service is what brings me back to a place if I can't decide where I want to go. I will be back and I will share the word on this place.
It upsets me when you right a review when it's based on your children's tastes. My kids complain all the time that the taste of food - carrots are too dry and oranges have too much zing to them. When you write a review base it on the company and their delivery and follow-through - not based on the pizza being too spicy. Did you even try the pizza to make sure that your kids weren't just complaining? Probably not. (By the way, Pepperoni is a spicy meat...) As far as Dominos goes, they are a solid company. Even when a person called about the pizza being "too spicy" they offered a new pizza!! What company does that? not many - most will tell you "That's what you ordered!" I have been a customer of Dominos for years and very impressed with the service and quality that they provide. They offer numerous discounts on their food and are ALWAYS ON TIME FOR DELIVERY!!
An Omaha tradition, with the best onion rings in the metropolitan area! I love their Veggie Pizza, hold the mushrooms please. Also, I recommend that you tell them to bake it "well done". Mama's has a great selection of beers, in bottles and on tap. The place always has a warm and friendly atmosphere. This really is the best pizza in the entire metropolitan area. This is man food. Order a large Mama's combo, eat as much as you can with a Boulevard ale, then take the rest of the pizza home for breakfast the next day. Try the Western salad with the homemade cream-of-garlic dressing. There are a lot of critters running around, so order a pitcher of beer and ask the manager to turn up the volume on the football game. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.
This is my go-to place for burgers - especially on half-off burger Wednesdays!! I have found it is very difficult to get a burger cooked all the way through here in the Midwest. This place cooks them through and through by default, and if you want it cooked different, you need to order it that way. I like the menu choices for those burgers too. For those who like a little heat, Hell's Bells will not disappoint. Their burgers aren't the only item I can go on about. Pizza is their money maker. I can't say enough about the all meat, which I believe is called the Carnivore. I saw spicy chicken nachos on the menu...I'll need to give those a try next. Service is OK.
The best place for parties in town, I was having a party for my childs birthday the same night the person wrote the review below did and their review is ridiculous. The parents were very obnoxious and drinking way too much and the kids were very young running around in the arcade, not supervised at any point, throwing food, playing tags, climbing on top of pinball machines. I feel sorry for the owners having to deal with parents who don't teach there kids respect or manners. We have been coming here for 8 years and always had the best experiences and the managers were always pleasant and kind.
Our experience here was very mixed. This is another strip mall restaurant cozied up to a bar next door. Ambiance comes across as trying to be WAY too trendy with a menu that begs to be upscale but ultimately ends up missing the mark. Unlike the previous poster, I felt that portion sizes were adequate. What was missing was flavor. Both of our meals were unexciting. Back to the "ambiance". The color scheme feels a lot more like a bright and cheery breakfast bar versus someplace that you would go for dinner. With that thought, a nice breakfast spot at this location would probably do quite well.
We had the combo and it was delicious. Love how the crust tastes - it isn't greasy or limp from the sauce. Everything about this restaurant is about quality and freshness. Thanks for not using "pelletized" beef or any of that mystery meat. You just can't beat a place that uses the best to create a finished product. We'll keep coming back for more and tell our friends. Can't wait to try the onion rings, I hear they're awesome. Just wish we had a Mama's in Fremont, but your Pacific street location is only about 25 minutes away.
