Always quick and usually friendly but not overly sweet. They always thank u and say "have a great day".
These guys are top notch very curious and did a great job.I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs, many plumbing company's I contacted,would not do my job they are great Thanks!
This is the worst Dairy Queen that I've ever been to. The customer service was poor. The food was thrown together. Cold fries, sloppy burger, and drink that didn't taste like drink.
Went through the drive thru to order food for my family. The worker got the order completely wrong. Then she got rude because she messed the order up. Very unprofessional. I cancelled the order and will not be returning to this particular restaurant.
The West Monroe restaurant has always been super friendly! They always do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. The food is hot and fresh, as well as tasty. We enjoy eating at Chicken Express and go there several times a week.
I got a ice cream cake from DQ and it was horrible ! It didn't have a taste at all.
Contacted Jerry's plumbing and repair to replace a pipe. They only replaced a section of the pipe, when the water was turned back on this caused a rupture in the remainder of the pipe. This resulted in the ceiling on my bathroom falling to the floor. After contacting Jerry's Plumbing and Repair they denied ever having agreed to fix the entire pipe and then refused to pay to have the ceiling fixed.
I will never eat at Chicken Express in West Monroe, La again. There was a bug in my box underneath my roll. It was witnessed by two other employees at my job. I called and informed the manager and he asked me to bring it back in. Once he received the box he looked at it, took it to the back, and came back out to fix me another meal. I told him that I lost my appetite and I didn't want anything else. The manager asked me, ' well what can I help you with"? I told him I wanted my refund. He said," that was not a bug that was a piece of burnt bread." My response was, "no that is a bug! Don't tell me that was bread." I call the owner of that store and the owner was just as rude as the manager. He told me that well the manager gave you a refund so what do you want me to do? Really?? and these are business people?? This is the second time something happened at this store. The first time was two months ago, they fixed me a drink in a cup that had red lipstick around the rim both inside and outside of the cup and I don't wear lipstick! The saddest part of this is I really loved eating at Chicken express. But because of the way I was treated, I will never eat there again!
who trains these folks to answer the phone? the city morgue? the lady barely could talk.
No pride in their work. Order is seldom right. On one occasion the employee at the drive thru was using profanity while talking to other employees and was not discreet about it. She said a few f-bombs and b words very loudly. I reported it but nothing was done.
