This place is horrible to do business with. I obtained a loan last week. They don't provide you with any paperwork. I guess it's only by your request. They do not want customers to know about the Extended Payment Plan that by Louisiana law customers are entitled to, once per year. Because I requested the payment plan, they now tell me I can no longer be a customer which I have no problem with. I rather do business with more competent staff. Just know your rights. The Office of Financial Institute (1.888.525.9414) has prompted me to file a complaint which I have done so. You are entitled to have your payment broken up into 4 payments, once per year.
