After previous disappointment with other feeder insect suppliers, Armstrong's Cricket Farm is the ONLY supplier I will ever use again. They have a wide selection of sizes of crickets which is important when feeding various size animals. I've only had one issue since ordering with them and it was corrected without an argument. Their customer service is second to none! Place an order! You will not be dissatisfied!

The woman I spoke with on the phone was rude when I called for customer service. On top of that, since I live literally right down the street from them they still require charging me $18.00 for over night shipping! Unreal! I will just stick with my current cricket provider.

Not sure if they know what the difference is between giant mealworms and regular mealworms I received a shipment worms that turned into beetles within a couple days they said this is normal for a giant meal worms

Had similar experience to previous review. I have been ordering crickets for several months now and I was happy with Armstrong. When it was cold they would ship a heat pack with my crickets to help with the survival rate. Now you have to request a heat pack to come with your crickets. If you don't request it like I didn't then all your crickets show up dead. You would think that since it is the beginning of February and the whole country is having a rough winter that they might just put a heat pack in there. When I called to complain, no effort was made to make it right. So if you decide to use this company (which I no longer will) make sure you read the shipping policies each time you order since they seem to change on a monthly basis.

Disappointed. Been using Armstrong for a few months and pleased with the quality of crickets, but when I had a shipment of all dead crickets (they had not updated their websit to include proper winter shipping options and failed to make good on the guarantee promised online), they failed to make it right, and wouldnt return my calls. I left messages with the administrator and with Mr Armstrong himself, and no one ever called me back. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
