Has had our jet ski 10 months. Paid cash for the new part. Has different excuse every time. Won't answer calls from our number. Answers from different number then needs to call back but never does. Told him we were picking it up fixed or not in 1 week; went to pick it up and he had it taken apart. Not trust worthy.
Poor customer service. I contacted them about purchasing a RHD. I still haven't heard from the salesman. I guess he doesn't need commission. I wanted to deal with a local dealer. Not someone over 100 miles away.
I love that we have a car amd that they are so help for and understanding of things. And that they treat u with respect and honesty as well
When you call the service department they never answer and never bother to to return your calls when you leave a voice mail, I will never buy another vehicle from them again....
Buying a car from this dealership was the worst mistake. I purchased a vehicle in full, and was promised that the vehicle would be delivered the same day. I called for 7 days, and was told everyday that it would be delivered. It was not until the 7th day that I ever seen or received my vehicle. The customer service was horrible, and the manager Zachary Fuller, refused to accommodate us, or report to the owner, his father. We were promised an oil change, full tank of gas, and detailed and clean vehicle. When I received the vehicle, non of these things were done. I am very disappointed in this dealership, and would not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from here.

Instead of speaking with me, the owner put the Secretary on the phone and she immediately began to argue with me because I wanted to know why my car is about to get cut off on the 7th and I put the code in on the 18th. About two and a half weeks earlier. This woman literally began to yell and sometime within the conversation my phone lost signal. I called back and she picked up and hung up. I called again an it said "this person is not accepting calls at this time. I had to call 7 times before she picked up and she still had the same attitude. I tried to explain to her that she gave me two pay code(possible to keep it on and entire month) but I didn't put both codes in. She lied and said she didn't despite me calling the code out to her. At that point she started to talk over me. I see this business as a scam. My car note is $300. A little over two weeks later they expect another $300 when my car had been off and undriveable since the 5th. I recorded ALL OF IT.
Be careful you may be taken advantage of if you're not familiar with the games of car buying.
This is a terrible dealership!! Stay away!! worst service department I have ever dealt with, sales man and finance officer would screw their own family to make a buck!!
