Dont buy your car here. I purchased a used Kia at the Chevy dealership. After the sale, I was promised a second key and a reimbursement for a windshield replacement. I called the salesman and he assured me he would be at my house on Tuesday with everything. NEVER HAPPENED! Also the service dept is so unorganized and inefficient. Dont go there between 12 - 1 because EVERYONE is at lunch and you will have to wait til they get back for any answers. I was promised a free inspection because there was only 6 months left on the car but I will never go back there! I even wrote a letter to the owner, Frank Auffenberg, but he didnt have the decency to reply. It was probably intercepted by the people who work there and he never even got it. I have a copy Mr. Auffenberg if you'd like to see it! This place is what gives used car salesmen a bad name!

Took my 2011 Optima that only had 72,000 miles in to replace the steering coupler that has an open recall and should be replaced for free. It's a $2.50 part. They told me it wasn't the coupler but that the steering column had gone bad and had to be replaced at a cost of $1300. Took it to South Hills Kia and they fixed it under warranty for free. Obviously they can't be trusted
Worst Car Dealership. They rip you off trying to hurry up and get you to buy a car the whole team from Sales to Service is horrible Dont buy a car from them
I will never return!!! Went to have my truck looked at, over an hour later and $120.00 in labor for diagnosing what the problem may be, I was told to TRY replacing the battery. Instead of finding the root of the problem, they basically told me to start replacing parts in the hopes that it would fix the problem. I feel as though I was ripped off. Not only am I out $120.00, the problem still exists. If I could give negative stars, each category would be rated a negative 5 stars.

I have shopped for cars here for 18 years, and every time I have a great experience, great atmosphere great people !overall they make me feel like family I have recommended this dealership to several friends and family and they love the experience as well
I just bought a used car they guaranteed me the stars and the moon and a month later it was in to get serviced a month after that It could barely be driven don't go there its truly b.s. they claim they fixed your car but it the same carp happening to it as it was when u took it in its all a scam LESSON LEARNED
Don't EVER get a repair done here. My Saturn Aura was involved in an accident and towed here for repair. They competed the work on the car and received payment from my auto insurance carrier and our deductible. During the repair they told us the car would be ready by a certain date, and then called to tell us that there was additional work required to the steering components of the car and it would be an additional day of repair. We agreed and the work was completed. We picked the car up, and drove it for roughly three weeks and the steering went out completely. We could barley get the car back to them as a result of the malfunction. They told us that there was a leak in the steering column, but that they never worked on the steering of the car! Our insurance company went out to talk with them and they told them the same thing. As a result the car was not repaired by them and we had it moved to our private mechanic. He inspected the work done and confirmed that they had worked on the steering and that the rack and pinion were bad, and the pump was damaged during repair by Century Three Chevy. Our insurance adjustor wend out to see the car, and to confirmed that Century Three Chevy had not done what they certified to them in the claim. The insurance carrier re-opened the claim and covered the work on the car. DONT EVER GO TO CENTURY THREE CHEVY FOR ANYTHING! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS, DISHONEST AND LACK INTEGRITY!
