Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

So my family and I went to Chedders for the first time this evening and the service was awful.First the server asked how much longer until everyone arrived because he was tired and wanted to go home. My family and I waited 20 plus minutes for our drinks, after our appetizers the server failed to clean up any dirty plates or empty drink cups and did not even ask how we were doing. The food took forever and most of our food was cold. We did not even receive our soups and salads until after our entrees. Not to mention our server only had 2 other tables. However we did notify the manager and he gave us a fair discount on our meal. We had a family of 12 and not one of us were completely satisfied. Myself nor my family will never return to this establishment. It was very disappointing as we were having a family get together with our father who came into town from another state. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great food and great service!!! First time here and will come back again!!! Our server was excellent.

The atmosphere is very nice-lots of plants. However, it's very noisy. Nearly had to yell across the table. The food selections were not very healthy. Food was almost too salty to eat. Where's the salad bar? Food prices were OK but the drink prices were very expensive. One more try and that's it.

Takes a long time to get a table. Food is mediocre and generally bland. Service is slow and not generally willing to accommodate special needs.

I went to this restaurant because I had seen it almost every day when going to and from work. I didn't expect much when I went in opening day, but the food and service was phenomenal. Me and my girlfriend were sat in the bar and greeted by our server, Kevin. He took great care of us, was extremely friendly, and was quick with refills of the awesome fruit teas, and our food came out quickly. My chicken tenders and shrimp were amazing, along with the MONSTER COOKIE! We will definitely be returning. Between our amazing server and the awesome food, I've found my new favorite restaurant! Definitely check it out when you're around, you won't be disappointed.
