I first want to say that the sweet lady that works, like Friday Saturday and Sunday is the best. My wife and I shopped at smokeys for at least 2 1/2 years and easily spent $4,500 a year on smokes, tarblocks and grizzly tobacco. I decided to try the e-cigs and the bulimic blonde "B" sold me one that she said was good. I took it home charged the battery and I liked it until I tried to charge the battery again and it wouldn't charge! So I took it back and she made up some BULL that it's suppose to have a wire right here??? What??I said show me a new one with this wire!! She said we don't catty that kind anymore! Again, what?? You sol it to me a week ago. I had to buy a new style.I've always felt that I was bothering ms bulimicblonde when I went in she was alway on the phone but I don't need to worry about that any more. I'll NEVER go back!! Sorry mr smokey you lost a valued customer over A faulty $16 part and a B**ch* blonde.

I am disappointed in Smoke 101. I have been shopping at this establishment at least once a week for about 6 months. I have given them a lot of business and have spent hundreds of dollars there. I have purchased, a hookah, a vaporizer, a nice glass pipe, and a water pipe from them. I also have purchased a myriad of accessories for these items and frequently purchase coals and shisha from them.The reason that I have continued to frequent this establishment has been 2 fold - #1) they have a large selection at reasonable prices. #2) I had up until now received fantastic customer service from all employees.In fact - I had been so pleased with this smoke shop that I frequently gave it a glowing recommendation to my long time family friend. After several times of singing praise to my friend about The worst part of this entire experience was that my friend had now committed to 2 hours worth of driving to give this shop his business BASED ON MY RECOMMENDATION, and he did not even receive an acknowledgement or statement of empathy from the employee. If anything the employee acted as if he was put out by the situation and was upset by the inconvenience. It took my friend upwards of a week to receive his replacement vaporizer. The process required him to initiate a call to the shop multiple times a day and each time he had to re-explain the situation. I feel terrible that a close friend had to endure several painful hours of dealing with this unapologetic company all based on my recommendation. It's tough to find a smoke shop that you actually enjoy going to. Unfortunately for Smoke 101, I am able to purchase all the products I would normally purchase through them on-line and have them delivered to my door. In a pinch, the next closest smoke shop is about 2 minutes away from Smoke 101. Though I enjoyed the majority of my experiences at Smoke 101, I can't justify continuing to spend money on a weekly basis at a company that made me look foolish for recommending them.
I bought an expensive vaporizer from them that had a faulty battery and didn't work out of the box, unfortunately I didn't notice this until I got home which is over 35 minuets away, I returned the next day and they were sold out, the man "Dean" was very unhelpful, and didn't really seem to care that about the situation. Eventually he called his manager who promised he would have one to the store tomorrow without question and would call me when it was in. I waited the next day and no calls, eventually I called and spoke with a manager named Stephanie who told me she didn't know what I was talking about and would call the other manager and call back, she never did. I called again Tuesday and she told me that they didn't have it, but she'd call the manager and call me back and surprise never did. I called again Wednesday and same thing, finally Thursday after speaking with her 5 times she told me she spoke with the other manager and they'd have it Friday. I did end up getting the unit replaced, but they acted the entire time as if I was trying to rip them off, I purchased a new item from them that didn't work, and apparently I was trying to rip them off. I understand that sometimes products are going to be faulty.. but accusing your customers of trying to rip off your business is a poor decision. Above and beyond that just taking the time to empathize and apologize goes a long way, not in one of my interactions with the staff did they at least acknowledge that it was unfortunate that the product I bought from them didn't work, they focused on making sure I knew that wasn't there fault, which yeah it wasn't but it also wasn't my fault either. So if you're going to give this place your business, just be certain that whatever you're buying is 100% working before you leave. In addition my girl friend bought some E-Juice which gave her headaches and made her sick, so use that at your own risk as well.
I walked in this morning purchased some extra juice. The manager is very intelligent as far as knowing the e juices. Excited to see what else they had to offer. Will definitely be visiting again.

I tired to return something I purchased their and was told that they can't help me cause they would loose out on the money it was only ten dollars but was treated like a low life while talking to manager employees in the back ground were laughing making me feel like an idiot I shopped at that store for a 1 year and was not like that with old management new management suck at customer service never going back f**k them
