This place is so friendly ! Everyone there is really professional and courteous. The doctors I've had there genuinely care and get you the results you want

Yesterday I had a MiraDry treatment done to resolve my excessive sweating. Brooke took great care of me and I'm so excited for the results! At the last part of my appointment, I asked if the doctor could remove a mole on my back while I was there and they were great to accommodate that for me. The assistant was Ashley and she was wonderful. She said she's worked there for over 10 years so that says something. I'm very happy I made the appointment!

Dr. Forsha is wholeheartedly, a truly dedicated, exceptional, and compassionate provider. Words alone could not possibly begin to express the amount of gratitude I hold for all that Dr. Forsha has done and continues to do for me, medically speaking.

Dr. Forsha is truly caring about the needs of his patients, and is dedicated in helping patients find proactive answers to treating their dermatological symptoms, regardless of how complex the matter may be.

Dr. Forsha has given me a solid amount of hope back to my life. He has continued to help me research every medical option possibly available, in hope that together as a patient-provider team, we will be able to gain control over my rare medical disease, so that I may someday have my health and life back.

The last time I saw Dr. Brown was the worst and absolutely the LAST. I came in with a rash on my face and a few other skin issues. He completely ignored or forgot to address the rash (who knows) and when the nurse reminded him he came bursting back into the room and was very rude "ok what about the rash?"- heaven forbid I have skin issues at the DERMATOLOGIST office!! He failed to help me understand what was going on with my skin and just blabbered some prescription to the nurse and sent me on my way. I had no idea why or what I should be doing and felt so frustrated and annoyed leaving the office that day. I have seen many many doctors in my life and have never felt so disrespected or had a worse experience. I made an appointment with a different doctor at the U and let me tell you- the difference was night and DAY. I finally got an explanation and felt like he ACTUALLY wanted to help me. I can't even believe I wasted my time, money and energy going to Jordan Valley Dermatology.

very professional, the Doctor took time to answer my all questions. The waiting room time was very minimal.

My first appointment I had with this doctor went smoothly all except for the billing. I was charged 25 dollars for a co-payment instead of 30 dollars and after I set up an additional appointment which I canceled a few day before it, I received a bill for 30 dollars. When I called to see what this bill was about they explained that it was because of a missed appointment. After seeing they were in the wrong they removed 25 dollars not explaining that I owed an additional 5 dollars because of being under charged for my co-pay. I then received a collections bill for the 5 dollars where their office sent me to the collections which I personally feel to be their mistake. I called the office back and talked to the person in charge of billing. She was unwilling to work with me and very rude on the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DERMATOLOGIST TO ANYBODY!!!!
