Exotic Heat

I once tanned at Xotic Heat in West Jordan and promised myself I would never go back. I then thought after all these years they must have changed! Well that is far from the truth! I only bought a 10 pass to see how things were running after my last visit. Their beds are run down, there's no place to set any of your items when you are tanning except a chair that is made from strings so it doesn't hold anything anyway, they're more expensive than the tanning salon down the street that is MUCH nicer! Most of my complains come from the lack of customer service. I ran into some issues and asked that they comp a tan onto my account. The girl working told me NO! I asked for the managers number and I was told they do not give this out. This is not the only issue I've ran into. I've just been pushed to my limit with them in, again, in the two weeks I have gone back to their location to tan.
