Provided by DexKnowsWe were referred to Capitol Rain Gutters by a friend, and we're glad we were. We had ice dams building in our gutters and getting under our shingles. They came out promptly and gave us a bid. The weather was horrible that week and we expected them to cancel, but to our surprise they were there as promised and completed the job, putting up new gutters, flashing, a dedicated electrical circuit and the heating coils. It is working great. They were so polite and efficient and everything was cleaned up after the job was done. Their customer service was exemplary, a quality that is indispensable in this generation. We have additional work to be done in the spring and will definitely be calling them back.

Provided by DexKnowsEarlier this winter there was a rainstorm that nearly flooded three of my basement window wells. If my window wells would have flooded, the water certainly would have entered my basement and been a huge problem. After my husband got on our roof to check the rain gutters it was clear we needed a professional as they were full of debris. I called Capitol Rain Gutters and they arrived immediately. They cleared my rain gutters quickly and did a great job. They could have charged me anything and I would have paid it because I was in an emergency situation, but they were incredibly fair. This was the second time I used Capitol Rain Gutters and there is no way I would every choose anyone else. Thanks for saving my basement!
Truly one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Between the poor communication and sheer laziness on their part (they refused to meet with us to discuss the job they had done on our house & opted to show up at our house unannounced or when we were at work) I really can't imagine a worse company to use for your home. All of these complaints pale in comparison to the bag that we filled with rusty nails they left all around our yard. We have a little kid and we are still finding huge, rusty, nails all over our yard - the whole experience has been such a nightmare. Bottom line, Capital Rain Gutters jeopardized my family's safety.
My raingutters and spouts were professionally installed. They were courteous and on time to perform the work. The work performed was finished on schedule and we received a great price. Thank you Capital Rain Gutters.
These guys are friendly, timely, & experts in their field. They truly went the extra mile.
I called Capitol Rain Gutter and made an appoitment. My rain gutters were leaking, and ruining my stucco and rock. They informed me that it didn't have the right flashing for the roof angle. They came out and made the repair and re-routed my water and also repaired all my leaks, and put on heat tape.
While they were here, they cleaned out my gutters and removed all the debris and leafs.
They were Great Hard Workers. They had a lot of knowlegde, and were extremely professional and good priced. I felt I got quality work at a great price. I will have them come back for all my raingutter and sofit facia needs.
