Food is good. Customer Service if you have any problems at all is terrible. Tried contacting corporate, no response. Tried getting points that they didn't put in my account, they told me "tough beans" (pun intended) without a receipt which I had lost.I asked them to please have somebody contact me about several issues with the West Jordan Store. Including: Portion sizes are shrinking considerably, not having meats available at opening, finding a screw in my salad, waiting 30 minutes in the to-go line just to find out they accidentally gave my order to somebody else and made me wait an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes to remake 2 Burritos (all while offering me a free soda as compensation).The check out girl was extremely rude... I'm sure because she's sick of hearing complaints.I do love their food, but after several attempts to contact their customer service and not even getting an "I'm sorry you had a bad experience" email back, I've given up.I will no longer be eating, having the catering done for, or using Cafe Rio.
This location has very fresh food, and their staff is accommodating even if asking for something out of the ordinary.we always get the Extra Crispy even though we know it's not the healthiest!
They gave me a cheese quesadilla instead of a steak quesadilla which I wasn't satisfied with so I would think go there again
I'm super pleased with the food at this location and the workers. While I was there I had left my bag in the bathroom by accident. And right as I was about to leave I noticed that I didn't have my bag with me. As I was looking around a worker helped me and turns out that they had my bag in the back. They were super nice in helping me find it! ! Thank you so much I'm super impressed definitely going back!! :D
