ABSOLUTELY the WORST customer service I have EVER had in my life!!!!!! Legit Racheal should be disgusted! This is going to kill your business!!!!! 10 emails before even recieving a response which was an automated response GROSS it was not even personal! Yuck!!!!! I know I’m not the only one. Lucky for me that American Express agreed with the crappy service and CANCELED my supscription and the others two I bought my sisters. People now a days all you have left is customer service cause we can get your box crap on Poshmark and everywhere else so if your not personal your nothing!!!!!!
Rachel Zoe Inc has a lot to learn about being in business. Their customer service department does not pick up the phone (after 4 days of trying). Emails get an auto-response that they will respond in SIX business days. They ship a full 15 days after the order date. They ship to the wrong address causing the recipient not to get a Xmas gift. A jewelry purchase literally falls apart on opening. A bit NO recommendation since they obviously are not ready to serve customers.
