Poor service second time getting a sandwich wrote it all down and got it wrong. Still way better than subway ,at least subway gets it right
They are the WORST with customer service, the manager is never there to Assist her untrained employees, forgot to mention all employees seem like family, or friends of the same ethnicity which means favortitism happens.! An instance: I went in for hot sub, girl puts sub bread in microwave! Because she didn't wAnt to mess.up.a grill with butter that she ises ALLLL DAY DIRTYING WITH OTHER FOODS!( im pretty most or all kno microwaved bread turns hard after a litte while) which,means I would have to eat right away and b lucky for soft bread, or drive home,maybe make another quick stop, and come home to eat HARD BREAD!!- are any other sandwiches made like that?no. The girl also called a CUSTOMER OUT OF HER NAME- using b*tch _ WEEK S LATER THE MANAGER DOESN'T GET BACK TO ME, AND THE NERVE OF THE EMPLOYEE TO STILL B WORKING THERE??? Dont give these folks your $- they are just nasty in store and in people ,the krausers down the street across from walgreens is a little more high on prices BUT YOU WILL, I PROMISE U WILL GET BETTER QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! :-)
This place stinks! Literally! The people in there are unfriendly and their merchandise is expensive and out-dated.
I use to enjoy eatting from Cappetta's Deli but not now. I ordered several subs from them and damn near all the sub breads were hard as hell. They do not care anymore. STAY AWAY if you value your teeth!
