        Overall

        I just bought my first home that was in a wooded area and had been vacant for months. When I first learned that we had powder beetles and a possible rodent I was extremely upset until I called Richland. I spoke with Michael and he was very professional and had an answer for every question I threw at him. On the day of my appointment I was assigned two great guys, Robert and Edwin. They greeted me with a handshake and were very nice guys. Also, they were able to answer every question I had including questions about the chemicals being used and how many treatments would be needed. If you want great service with a great price give Richland a call.
