        We opened in 1979, and have since offered professional real estate services to thousands of clients. That is nearly 30 years of experience serving all of your real estate needs! We are an independently owned real estate company. Our office is conveniently located in Elmwood center, close to Hartford and all of Hartford's major suburbs! This allows us to service all areas of Greater Hartford directly. However, with the onset of the internet, we are able to service all of your real estate needs nationally. We specialize in the sale and purchase of residential, multifamily, and commercial properties. Despite our small size, we are able to provide exemplary service. Our broker, Tony Marques, for instance, had the highest number of sold transactions over all other realtors for the past four years in the Greater Hartford Area! Our office has independent agents, however, everyone works as an inter-office team. While working with us, one agent may be directly helping you, however, anyone at our office can assist you with your questions. The goal of this cooperative system is for you, the client, to have the most comfortable real estate experience possible.         Stay away!

        Rude, unprofessional. Never answered calls. Parents closing got delayed several times without us knowing. We had to contact the potential buyer directly to find out what was going on. Agent cursed at my father and hung up. Got upset when he learned that we had secured another agent to help with the purchase of the next home. Our Agent commented how he had never experienced anyoone so rude and unprofessional. He never even attended the closing.
