I love this place. I have been a patient for two years now. The place is clean, the staff is professional and the dentist is amazing. I have two kids; one of them has disabilities. The dentist and all the staff have been great; Josh loves to go get his cleaning done. Everyone is patient and friendly. I personally am elways scared of going to the dentist due to a previous bad experience, but they always put me at ease and allow me to bring headphones when I am getting any procedure done. I highly recommend this place!
I'm not going back. I was already pretty skeptical about this place before I even got there because they were way to eager to get me in the door right away. I called Friday around noon and they wanted me to go in for the afternoon. I told them Monday afternoon was fine and we booked a time. They then called me an hour or so later to see if I would go in on Saturday with no explanation why they wanted me to switch my time. Still the lady on the phone was nice, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I also looked at their website beforehand so I could look up reviews for the dentists and they didn't have the dentists' name on the website, which seemed very strange. The appointments were for me and my 8-yr.-old son. Being a typical parent who loves taking pictures of my son, I had my camera handy to take pictures. The dentist questioned what I was taking a picture of and acted shady about it, which made me suspicious that he had something to hide that he didn't want a picture caught of. The cleaning I got was not thorough at all. Normally a cleaning involves a lot of scraping and flossing. There was minimal--if any--scraping, NO flossing, and lots of water spraying. Also although there were pleasant pictures in the waiting area, the pictures on the wall in front of the dental chair were grim and reminiscent of barbed wire.
