Terrible, disgusting or horrible. Pick whichever you like. A few weeks ago my niece had her birthday reserved there on a Saturday evening. The place was so crowded that we did not have enough place to sit, so you can imagine eating from the plates in our hand. The food was good, but it took forever to get some drinks. There was little place to dance which that was also an issue. Worse of all the waitresses did not care how drunk people are they kept on serving them. Needless to say that it is not only irresponsible, but illegal. The worse was to come when we had to pay and our individual bills were over 150+ dollars on the average, but guess what; none of us received a detailed bill just the final sum. I am sure all of us were overcharged. The worse is still to come, I have called the bar and left at least four messages and no one ever called me back. To some extend I would say they are almost criminals, by overcharging customers, not giving a detailed bill, and serving people who are totally drunk. Unless something changes avoid the place.

I was there for Valentine's Day and was surprised to see a sophisticated atmosphere, dark lighting, clever colors. But, there was no one there, I made a reservation a week before and wanted to spend the evening on their lounge chairs and they (specifically a manager) refused to let me sit there. Meanwhile, I ended up spending $200 in an hour and a half there and ended up not being full and making a whole other meal when we got back home. The plates were really small and pricey. They had a large wine selection but too expensive. I gave it a second chance one day and had the same snooty owner give me slack. When I left, I tried to call back about an earring I accidentally left and they didn't care to even help me retrieve the expensive jewelry. Needless to say, I'm not spending my time or money there again.
