Had to get a replacement phone.. never got a new charger which is why my brand new phone fried in the first place. Was wondering why I wasn't recieving some calls and texts only.to find out they NEVER PUT A SIM CARD IN. So 5 days without a working phone and alot of issues with home and work due to this. I will forever use the Bristol location.

worst customer service ever...manager (Greg- do not deal with him ever) told me i would get money back for my iphone. Bill showed no money back so I contacted sprint. They told me that there is no buyback in progress and to contact the person that told me about the money back. I did, and he told me that that phone did not turn on so he shipped it back (Liar, it was perfectly fine, with barely a scratch, and it was on when I left it with him). Without even telling me. And that there is nothing he can do. And now there's nothing I can do since I don't have that phone and I can't prove anything. My mistake for trusting people and not getting a confirmation number, I didn't know I need one and that people could be so evil!
Went there for a family plan and was told we would get our early termination fee paid to verizon. Turns out the manager lied and ripped off my family. The manager stated "i made a mistake but I'm not going to fix anything because no one hold me accountable" Dont waste your time going to this franchise store. Go to a real corporate sprint store. He also threatened to call the cops on us if we didn't leave the store. His name is Greg vose and he is a scammer. Stay away.
I experienced such horrible customer service that I considered switching carriers. I had purchased a new Sprint phone online and arranged to pick up the item at THIS store, as was the option provided to me. I received an email from Sprint saying something along the lines of, "you're all set, the phone is available at the store you've selected, pick it up at 12 PM." I showed up at 12 PM and was greeted by a heavyset white, young lady who was sitting in the corner, she didn't even rise to greet me, I literally had to look around the room to realize the voice was coming from someone hunched behind a computer.I showed her the Sprint email confirmation. She was perplexed. She said, "I don't know, let me look." She opened and closed two drawers then declared again, "I don't know," She then sat back down and said, "Sorry, there must be a mistake, try the Sprint store at the mall. She didn't offer to call them, nothing, she made absolutely no effort to help even though Sprint was 100% at fault, and this place is called the CUSTOMER CENTER? I will never return, I'd rather deal with the outsourced customer service reps on the phone next time I have an issue.
