Higher prices than anywhere else, yet they sell vehicles with nothing but problems. I bought from here a few years back and had to replace my power windows motor within days of purchase, then the whole engine within months (luckily under warranty) but I continued to have problem after problem and guess what? The warranty they sold me at Ness, the company went out of business after filing for bankruptcy when I was still covered! So, I ended up losing money as my car was worth less than would cost to fix it, and owed money on the loan even after selling it. I see a pattern of these issues being reported. They overprice and sell cars with major problems. Btw I asked them to help with the warranty issues but they said there was nothing they could do since it's a "seperate company" even though Ness sold me the warranty! Recently, a friend of mine went to test drive a car there and the salesman present VERY hesitantly let her drive it but refused to help her beyond that simply because she spoke to someone else on the phone (only to see if the car was on the lot!) The guy was going to be gone a whole week, so she was not allowed to even try to make a purchase. Not her fault if someone else answered the phone or was out of town a whole week- just bad business to turn away a customer. She did not go back with how rude and unwilling to help they were. Just overall very shady.

I would not recommand Dwayne. He has done nothing but cause problems. Not hold up on his end of the deal . I bought a car from him August 27th of 2013 , He warranted the engine for 6 months which is up Feb. 27th . To start when i bought this car from him after i paid him i went to transfer the title and it was a salvaged title that he did NOT inform me of. The same day i bought it i rolled down the passanger window and it wouldn't go back up. I brought it in and he tried charging me for it. Then within a week i was having to add anti-freeze into my car everyother day. Tried to schedule with him brought it in in the morning he said it'd be fixed by the afternoon got there at 5 pm and it hadn't be touched . Then i dropped it off again a few days later cause when i was driving it would stall and stuff on its own when i was stopped. went to get my car the day i dropped it off and he had left shop and claims my car was inside the shop he was waiting for the sensor to come in that he ordered. So the following day went to get my car. after he claimed he put the sensor in and fixed the anti freeze problem. With in the few days it was still stalling and leaking. brought it to a different shop they said the sensor wasn't fixed or the anti freeze problem. Now 5.5 months later it is making loud noises brought it to firestone in west fargo ( i would recommand to anyone very good place) and they said it was transmission i called Dwayne and he said well ill give you 250 for a used transmission that is all im doing ( keep in mind HE warranted it for 6 months which is till feb 27th) firestone got used transmission for 800 plus labor its a total of 1916.53. so let the court process start i paid 2500 for the car and have had nothing but problems save yourself the headache.

Nicole 02/24/13Really truly the worst company ever. Biggest rip off scammers around. Sold a car full of stop leak and a huge coolant leak, refused to take the car back. Started pooling coolant in the driveway after a WEEK. Refused service to the car. Their customer service department is NON existent! Ridiculously high interest rate and they refuse to even make an attempt to fix this lemon. What company can sell something so over priced when they KNOW it s not going to last a month? How do they live with themselves? Horrible people. Selling a broken vehicle at a high price to a hardworking person who can t even get to work now. Do not trust Ness Auto in West Fargo!
