Lakecrest Apartments

We are ashamed of the Eagle Run Apartments, here in West Fargo, on 3435 5th St W West Fargo. How ridiculous is this that after the management leaves, the tenants go turns off one of the water heaters in the complex. When there is a certain individual that resides there in that complex Such stupid behavior by the other tenants at that location. Seems like Apt 201, Apt 310, Apt 203,205, are involve with shutting off the hot water heater in the complex

We have a dear friend the resides at the Eagle Run Apartments and this individual has been treated unkindly by the other tenants that reside there, These other tenants that reside in 3415 Eagle Run Apartments 5th st w West Fargo ND have harassed,tormented, pestered, disturbed this poor good individual for to long, We are dear friends of this individual that this individual doesn't want to come to our place in case we have trouble. The tenants that this individual has refer to us is in 3415 Eagle Run Apartment complex itself building one, where the office is at here are some individuals that have caused trouble, torment, and harassment ,Apt # 310, apt, # 108 , Apt 306, apt 204. These individuals also at 3435 5th Str, w west fargo nd, could also stop as well apt # 310 the harassment for instance turning off the water heater on this individual when the individual is residing. Me and my husband agreed to what silly, childish, immature behavior these tenants are.

This place doesn't even deserve one star!!! The renters at the apartment are the most incompetent people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! Before even moving in, they lost my rental information and application not once but TWICE! Then, they rented out an apartment that I had already been approved for, and to top it all off, the day before I was set to move in I received a call from one of the office girls telling me that there was an issue with the apartment and all of a sudden I would not be able to move in until a week after what I had signed the lease for!!!!!! She left NO explanation on the voicemail as to what the issue was and advised that if I did not call back in the next 20 minutes, that they would not be able to help me until 1pm the next day (the day I was supposed to move in) because the would be leaving the office!!!!!! I tried every number available in the yellow pages and on their websites, other phone numbers, etc. and had no luck. NEVER, NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
