We recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Drivers Select and I feel compelled to commend you on your sales staff and in particular Steven Gayle. I had visited several dealerships without my husband and was discouraged from buying from any of them due to their hard sell technique and aggressive sales staff. My husband had heard your advertising on The Ticket radio station so we went to your site and we found the perfect vehicle for me. We came to your facility to view and test drive, we were warmly greeted by Steven and we told him exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately that particular vehicle was not yet ready and available so Steven offered another MKX for us to test drive. The test drive confirmed that we did indeed want to purchase the unavailable MKX and we had told Steven that our intention was to purchase that day but not once did he try to re-direct us to a different vehicle in order to make the sale on that day, instead he explained your "Recon" process and offered to monitor the vehicle and advise us immediately upon it's release. Before meeting Steven we had decided that if that vehicle was not available we were moving on the the Lincoln dealership where we had found another MKX in our price range available immediately but after working with Steven and directly due to his courteous manner and soft sell style, we were so impressed that we lost all interest in visiting another dealership. When we went in to pick up the vehicle Steven again impressed us, he had another vendor arrive while we were waiting for paperwork to be completed and he insisted on remaining with us rather than leaving us alone to go and attend to the other prospective buyer. He also followed up with my husband to see how I was enjoying the vehicle a few days after we had driven off your lot. In closing, I must say that Steven was directly responsible for our sale and we will at any given opportunity, highly recommend DriversSelect.com and particularly Steven as a salesman. If your train all your sales staff the way you have trained Steven we see nothing but success for you in the future and we will certainly be repeat customers. Respectfully, M
Drove 250 miles to purchase a BMW M3 from Dallas Roadster, however there were several problems with the vehicle (defect with tire sensor system, missing manual, service history, sat nav dvd, tire compressor, and car was overdue an oil change). Dealer refused to rectify all of these issues prior …
Bought a 2001 Corolla from Mr. James here. The vehicle was fine, but the professionalism left a lot to be desired. Mr. James conveniently disappeared before we completed the sale. Then I had to wait for the plates, which I was told would be mailed to me. Called back over a month later after …
Looking for a car is both exciting & exhausting. I had been to almost every dealership within a 20 mile radius, literally & after my search I could not find even one car that I would possibly go back to. Not that I’m that picky, but you have to be when it comes to a car, & depending on the price, mileage, & interest rate. I mean your going to be stuck with it so it better be worth it right? Well I had seen the Driver Select commercials advertising all the time, & that tune was always stuck in my head “Driver Select is there for me, there for me, there for me….” So I figured I’d go online, & do a littler research before I took the drive out there. I went online which was so easy to navigate & actually searched the vehicles that they had in stock at their location, which included the mileage, price, & pictures of inside, & outside of the vehicles. I don’t have a lot of time since I work so much so with that capability to just get online & search, & narrow down the types of cars I was interested in was so helpful. I also was able to fill out a credit application & not too long after that, I received a call back from a customer service representative that was able to assist me & answer all my questions. When I arrived at the Dealership, everyone was absolutely wonderful. You weren’t just a sale or commission to them. T hey did strive to do whatever they could to get me approved & drive off with what I wanted. To top it off, the sticker price of the vehicle I was purchasing was amazing about $5-$7000 cheaper, than other dealers in the area. Now tell me is that a great deal or what! So Thank you Mike Hungaski & Rosie Hernandez & everyone else who assisted in helping me get a great car. I will definitely be doing business with Driver Select, for all future vehicle purchases.
I bought a 2008 KIA Spectra SX from Southwest KIA on 7/1/08 and I love this car. I live an hour and half east of Dallas so I called Southwest KIA the weekend before I bought my car to speak to a salesman and ask any questions I had without having to make the long drive. At this point I still wasn’t sure that a KIA was what I wanted. I had it narrowed down to the KIA Spectra, Toyota Corolla, Chevy Cobalt, or Mazda 3. I commute three hours a day for work and I needed a car with really good gas mileage, but affordable enough that I didn’t mind racking up the miles on it. I was leery of the KIA in the beginning of my search for a car because of all the negative information I had heard years ago when they first came out. After a lot of research I’ve learned that KIA has come a long way with the quality and dependability of their cars. After talking to Garry several times, I agreed to come test drive the car. He assured me that if I would just give the car a chance that it would not be a difficult decision to make and he was right. I only went that day to test drive a car and I came home with my brand new KIA. I got the fully loaded SX for less than what I would have paid for the pretty basic Toyota Corolla. Garry was absolutely great and I would buy from him again in a heartbeat!! He’s very friendly, he was able to answer all of my questions, he was very patient and not pushy like other salesman I spoke with at other dealerships, and he even stayed two hours late that day to answer even more questions before I finally agreed to the purchase. If you're interested in buying a KIA, go to Southwest KIA and see Garry.
I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for having such caring helpful person on your staff. Most often car buying can be very stressful and darning experience on a person almost like getting your teeth pulled without any pain med, but my experience was nothing short of delight full and stress-free because of one person ( Howard ) although I do understand everyone has their part in closing my deal from paper work to financial. But Howard took the cake. Example: As I drove home after purchasing my car, I notice that my car kept going to the right (alignment and some break issues) I was very upset thinking that these are very basics things any new car should have or check for. Next day I informed Howard of this and he told me rather having to drive back to dealership ( I live in Mansfield, TX) or taking the time of my day from work to get this done, he would come the hotel get it fixed . so this morning he showed up RIGHT on time which is a true value for any business to have, and picked my car to get it fixed. On the an ending note I would say I’ll recommend Howard to anyone who wants to buy a car and change their perception of a Car Salesman. Already looking forward to buying my next car form Howard….. WOW……….WOW……….WOW……. experience. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you : )
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My husband and I have purchased five vehicles from Parks Auto Sales. After having visited other dealerships and being turned off by dishonest and untrustworthy sales persons, our visit to Parks Auto Sales was a breath of fresh air! I must say this dealership is top notch. WOW.... what an experience, this is not your ordinary dealership. These guys are not only helpful, but they aren't pushy when it comes to helping you choose your car. The first visit we just browsed their inventory, and we were greeted immediately by both Mr. Parks and his sons as soon as we arrived. When we were ready to make a purchase they were very helpful in making sure we could afford the vehicle. They also helped us with a very reasonable downpayment, and connected us with an insurance agent for affordable car insurance. Since they report to the credit bureau we have have both been able to re-build our credit just by making our car payments every week. They are a family owned business and they are all very polite, respectful and helpful. It's also very refreshing to hear KCBI 90.9 playing outside and inside everytime time we visit this dealership. I have no doubts that we will be visiting Parks Auto Sales again!
Not sure why all the negative reviews. We (the wife and i) had a great experience from start to finish.Everyone we dealt with were both professional and knowledgeable. Our salesman Christopher walked us through all our options based on what we felt comfortable with as a down payment and monthly payment.Based on our income which is small as we are retired and on Social Security.(And without the highest credit score---i know this, it was never mentioned by them however) Chris was able to find both a vehicle we liked and with payments we could afford. Yes it took some time, and we had to wait while the vehicle was transported from another DriveTime. But the point is--we left with a very nice vehicle. Not to mention we drove to Garland from Wills Point and had no desire to come back the next day.Everyone we came in contact with was great. Thank you all--Christopher,Karl,Jamere,and Randell. On a side note--and more than likely not politically correct but Randell is not a he--but she is a very nice young lady.Again i have no idea why all the negative reviews---im an old Vietnam Vet,if your a vet, give them a try. If u aren't happy blame me. If i live long enough to pay this one off--i'll buy another from them.
I would like to take a moment to brag on my salesman Kevin Keough who made my car buying experience a stress free one. In the past I have viewed purchasing a car the equvalent of going to the dentist....I truly hated it. On 12.9.11 I went to your website and did a online chat session with Mr. Keough. I had no idea that I was chatting live with the actual salesman who would be assisting me on the lot. Needless to say he was very friendly, supportive and helpful with my decision making process. He answered all my questions and was very respectful. Not one time did I feel haggled or pressured at all to purchase a vehicle, and when I changed my mind about the particular vehicle that I wanted he did not hesitate to get the ball rolling in the right direction to get me in that car. I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord from your lot AFTER going to Vandergriff Honda on the same day but leaving there feeling totally violated. I have been nothing short of pleased with my purchase and so appreciative of the salesman. I have already referred my mom to your dealership and told her to ask for Kevin! Thanks again!
Very professional group. I was looking for a car to fit my budget and spoke to a sales member and the owner who listened to what I wanted, helped me narrow down cars that were in my budget and sat me down with the finance manager and when we were all done, I drove off in my new car! They were very helpful and genuine about everything. They offered me a warranty and explained that on higher mile, older used cars, that things can and often do go wrong and helped me understand the value in investing in the warranty. I am glad I did, because there were a few minor issues with the car, but nothing that wasn’t covered, and it got fixed. Not all dealerships are as concerned with offering a warranty on used cars. Even fewer help the buyer after the sale is through. My sales guy, Rob, helped me get the problem fixed under warranty, even a month after the car was mine and has been very helpful ever since. I recommend asking for Rob when you go in. I highly recommend Metrocrest Sales to anyone looking for a new used car. They will work with you and help you get a car. They are excellent.
I have been a customer of Parks Auto Sales for about a year now. They are great people and very helpful. I started looking for a car last year when I was having problems with my old one. I was turned down by many dealerships because I had no credit and no co-signer. Parks was my last and final hope and boy did they come through. They got me in the car I wanted and got my payments at a price I could afford. They actually sat down with me before I made the purchase and went over my budget to insure that I would be financially able to get the car. Mr. Parks even gave me some valuable advice on building and maintaining my credit. They were more concerned with my well being then making a sale, I like that. They even helped me get a GREAT price on my car insurance. I am very thankful to Parks Auto Sale. Car shopping is stressful and they made it just about as easy as it could be. I am completely satisfied. -Jennifer Harrison
so the vehicle (2005 exterra) runs, a/c works, so that I am very happy about. however, I got this vehicle on December 2011, I dropped of the payments at their office cash and all was fine. I live 30 minutes away so I asked if I could go up there once to give a monthly payment instead of weekly. they said I could send a money order if I like. that's what I started doing all through until may when I was running an errand near by. I go in and give my payment they give me my receipt and the amount doesn't coincide with my balance. they couldn't find my receipts for the months I sent money orders. so o was still owing 1200 more luckily I saved my money orders it turned out for every 400 I paid they had 200 written down. first time doing business with them and I syllable have another year of payment but just be sure I'm dropping of the payment cash personally. just a tip in case your balance doesn't coincide.
