I was charged with a DUI when I had a clean record prior and Mark was recommended to me by a friend of my family. I was very happy I ended up choosing Mark to represent me. Mr. Uteg represented me in a dui case. i was found not guilty because of a technicality (loop hole) that Mark found. ive never been more happy with an attorney. i made two U turns then backed out of an ally they had me pretty well dead to rights, but mark found a way to win the case. He really is a pitbull that has his clients best interest in mind. I will be using Mark for every traffic ticket and or court case i might need him for. Mark delivered when my drivers license (and career) was at risk. His examination of the arresting officer exposed the inconsistancies of the allegations concerning my DUI arrest.
