Prairie Life Fitness Center is a chain of health and fitness clubs with more than 1,000 employees and over 30,000 members. The clubs offers various massages that include deep tissue, pregnancy, reiki energy, Swedish, pregnancy, neuromuscular, Thai and reflexology. Prairie Life Fitness Center amenities include whirlpool, locker room facilities, snack bar, and steam room and dry sauna. It provides classes in kickboxing, crunch, combo, toning, step aerobics, weights, yoga, dancing and mat Pilates. The clubs also have a swimming poll with water aerobics and swimming lesson classes for children. The youth programs offered by the clubs include sports camps, martial arts, dance, gymnastics, craft making and cheerleading.
