        Overall

        I went to Firestone on 12/14/14 to have my tire fixed. The night prior I blew out my tire in downtown Des Moines. I was not able to have my tire looked at until the next day. On this Sunday I called close to a dozen shops and most were closed. Firestone was not only open but they said they would get mine in within the hour and get me back out on the road. They managed to fix my tire dilemma in under 30 minutes, were very friendly and managed to reduce a lot of the stress the situation caused. Ive been going to this location for over 16 years and Mike and Skip always seem to have the best techs available and the price seemed right for what I was quickly wanting anyone to fix. They did it right the first time, and quickly. I have history with this store and think they are professional and very helpful. Had this store not been open, no one would have been able to help me.
