Personally I like their wildfire steak.

We had family in from out of town (we are usual regulars at Carlos) thought we would try a new restaurant. We sat a nice restaurant/pub in town for (1) hour with absolutely no service--they were not even busy!!! We were asked 2 times if we needed a refill of drinks!! We finally left (still no food had arrived--not even our appetizers). We called Carlos to see if they could accomodate our party of 8 at 8pm on a Fri night--Michelle the manager said come right in we will find you a seat -- I told her our horrible ordeal!! When we arrived everything was ready for our party of 8!! She even helped our waiter (who was also SPECTACULAR) quickly gather our drink orders - grab us salsa and chips-AND FREE CONQUESO!!! She said that was the least Carlos could do to help us!! Our orders were quickly gathered and our food arrived very quickly ALL HOT AND PREPARED DELICIOUS!!! My parents and even my 85 year old grandmother couldn't have been more impressed!! GREAT RESTAURANT!!
