Wow! I just read what some people have been through and I am glad that didn't happen to me. All I can say is the customer service is poor. The first time I tried it, I wasn't sure what to do. I didn't know I was supposed to get out of the car (not what I'm used to). Eventually, someone with broken English said something about he could tell I was a mom because I was still in the car with my kid. I think that's what he said. But, anyway, I get out of the car (and take my kid with me of course). I watched them quickly vacuum and miss a few places. But, I really just wanted the salt removed from the winter storms we had. The car came out looking like new, so I was happy. It was the next time that I went and they closed before their closing time. I pulled up and an employee told me that they just closed. But, they closed a few minutes early. I was not the only customer--two others had just arrived. I tried again the next day and they were closed before the closing time and their sign stated they close on slow days and to call ahead. Who ever heard of making an appointment for a car wash. Anyway, after reading these I am not paying the extra money with them.
