Excellent service! I took my phone to the La Puente store 5 times within a year. All they did was reset it. Sprint phone service told me to take it to West Covina. They have awesome workers and great service.
If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I went there the other day with my mother because she wanted a new phone. Being an older woman, she wanted a smart phone that was easy and simple to use, so the employee sold us a Samsung Galaxy (the first one). BEFORE purchasing the product, we asked him about the return policy. He said, and I quote, that if she found the phone too hard to use or she wanted a different phone, she could return it at any Cell Again location. Mind you, he said the word return. A few days later my mother decided the phone was too hard to use. When we went to a different location to return it, the lady told us it was only exchange. I called the West Covina location to ask them about it, and the manager called me a liar, claiming none of his employees would tell us the wrong return policy. After arguing, the manager refused to return our money ($109 to be exact). He said we could exchange it for a basic phone, which would mean losing a lot of money since they aren't worth nearly as much as a Galaxy. After I brought this point up, he told me to exchange it for two phones. We don't need two phones; we need one. I then called my credit card company and the case is now under investigation. I hope I can get the money back. In any business, the customer is always right. Had the employee given us the correct information and told us it was exchange only, we would have never bought the phone. It was bad business and bad customer service.
