        Overall
        The black manager is a rude and racist person!

        I purchased a DVD and the movie was not inside. I didn't pay attention to the DVD until I came home. It look like someone had previously returned it and they re- close the package to make it look like they never opened it. The manager said I was lying and that their was a movie their when I purchased it. I didn't get a movie neither a refund. I had to call actual Disney's office and they were very nice and send me a copy with no problems.
