        When trying to switch my DSL f...

        When trying to switch my DSL from one apartment to another in the SAME apartment complex, they are telling me it is unavailable at my new address, no technician comes out after filing 3 escalation forms, and the customer service department is HORRIBLE. They say they will call you back within 24 hours with an answer to your question and 3 week, 14 phone calls, and 3 internet chats later we still don't have an answer! AT&T just lost a customer (or several since many of my friends and family are switching after all of this)

        Not sure why AT&T hooked up wi...

        Not sure why AT&T hooked up with the likes of Dish Network. Not happy with my service; Lost signals, picture freezes up, box is constently having to be rebooted. Twice I lost everything I had taped because of a bad box. I had to wait two weeks for another box. AT&T doesn't need to be associated with POOR SERVICE.

        Dish Network is really bad

        They CANNOT provide local high definition stations and DO NOT provide any support to obtain it unless you pay them more money for an outside antenna which they do not promise will give you full service and which they may not have in stock causing a wait.
