Pallas Painting

I used this company had an issue arise be warned!! this company customer service is appalling. Make your judgment - painted ceiling & wall including my kitchen area over where my kitchen sink plus they spent 30 mins washing up all there stuff so, is after they have gone. My daughter went to use the the sink and she notice it has come away from the worktop. I emailed the owner he come over next day and done real bad effort to pull it up and reseal the sink. So with emails going back and forth the company is saying that I lied about what happened the sink..I just cannot work that out can you? Basically said move on and forgot about it because I got great deal on the cost of the painting.

I always try to give my business to local, family-owned businesses. If they returned my calls, they could have had mine. I had read these reviews and have called quite a few times, leaving a voice mail. Not one response. Either business is good or poor business sense. I have chosen to give my business to a responsive business. If they are this bad now, how would they be once hired?

Have used Pallas exclusively for a number of years. Whatever your criteria: excellent work, competitive price, prompt, on budget, on time, on budget, perfect clean up, polite and professional - they get top marks for all.

Great job and very professional. Nice family run business. Don't be scared by the lower prices as they do a great job compared to larger companies because of lower overhead. I have used them several times and have always been very happy with the results. Highly recommended.
