I was in the store when there was a conflict with a customer. Both sides were unfair. Conflict management is one of the downsides of a business. Neither side won that day. Ms Kim did the best she could do by returning the customer's money. If the customer was still not satisfied, she could have gone to small claims court and proved that Ms Kim had ruined her gown.
I had my wedding dress altered there, and it was seamless. I went and brought to her a high end Chloe silk dress where my chest was tight after childbirth. I thought that I would have to give the dress away, and she altered it to perfection. I have also had my medical lab coats altered as well, and she is phenomenal. TO THE LADY ABOVE: How dare you trash someone like that? It sounds like you're a little high end princess that cannot get pleased no matter what. Go see a psychiatrist lady!
