Recently moved to a property in West Chester with brush piles everywhere. My wife suggested they needed to go and I agreed.



Knox Equipment Rental in West Chester had an inventory of several different chippers; however, I had no idea what I needed as I never rented a chipper before. Luckily the guy I spoke with on the phone was an expert and after a few questions advised me not only which chipper I needed, but what type of vehicle I should bring to tow it.



Pickup was a breeze. I was greeted by a friendly staff (tough to pull off at 7 am I am sure). They hooked the chipper up to my truck and then showed me how to operate. Return was just as easy.



I will definitely rent from Knox Equipment again.

I have been dealing with Knox Rental ever since I got into construction over 10 years ago and they have always been professional, reliable and catered to my every need. Knox Rentals helped me out today and I wanted to write a quick review to let you know what kind of people they are. My lawn mower blades were stuck on. I tried sprays to break the lock, I had a 10 foot lever and wrench and nothing would make it budge. I was driving through West Chester and stopped in to see if they would help me out on a hunch. They sent me around back. They guy around back removed the blades, and then offered to put my new ones on for me. I tried to offer him some money and he refused. He did it for free and even put some extra lube on the bolt so it wouldn't get stuck next time. Thanks Knox.
