Chester County Hypnosis

I used nicotine gum to quit smoking. Unfrotunately, I became addicted to the gum. I chewed nicotine gum for many years. I tried to stop many times, but I would experience severe nictotine cravings. I always ended up giving into the cravings. A friend recommended I try hypnosis. I didn't believe that hypnosis would work, but I had tried everything else and I figured I had nothing to lose. I contacted Chester County Hypnosis and set up an appoitment. Joe Nunan was professional and friendly and quickly made me feel at ease about undergoing hypnosis. He helped me reach a deep state of relaxation and gave me positive suggestions while in this relaxed state to help me handle the nicotine cravings. When the session was over, I felt as if I had had a long rest. I felt wonderful. I used the techniques he taught me every time I had a craving, and it helped me get through several really tough weeks. I did have one more session several weeks into the quitting process just to reinforce the positive suggestions. I am happy to say that I have been nicotine free for two months and I would recomend Chester County Hypnosis to anyone trying to overcome a bad habit or just to learn how to truly relax the mind and body. It is easy to do, and can be done any time, any where.
