- Advocare Broomall Pediatrics believes that children are our most important asset. Guided by this belief, we strive to provide the highest level of health care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. We follow the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics and partner with parents to provide comprehensive health care for children from birth until their 21st birthday. Our physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses offer a broad range of experience and talent to best meet the diverse needs of our patients. Special areas of interest and expertise include asthma, infectious diseases, ADHD, and new parenting issues. Additionally, we gladly and confidentially discuss topics such as school, parents, dating, drugs, alcohol, and sexuality with our adolescent and young adult patients. We work to build trusting relationships with patients and their parents. For your convenience, our offices are open 7 days a week. We also offer evening hours Monday through Thursday to accommodate busy families. Equipped with exam rooms, laboratories, procedure treatment rooms, and separate waiting rooms for well and sick children, both offices are accessible for patients with disabilities. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care in a warm and friendly environment.

I rarely write reviews, but had to respond to the negative comments here. All three of our kids have been patients of the West Chester location from birth. Care has been outstanding. We've never once felt rushed during an appointment. The doctors know our kids and will ask for updates on the ones who've gone off to college.
This is about the Broomall office. Where to start...well, let's see. For evening appointments, I would wait for an hour in the waiting area and then an hour in the examination room. Some of the female doctors are extremely condescending and rude to the point where I have cringed when I found out I was seeing a specific one. And, $25 for each child to get your records???? Really? I have never paid that much for medical records. Usually, there is no fee. Oh, and if your kid is sick and you need an appointment that day, expect "oh, it's just a virus" over the phone. My kid had a severe ear infection and was throwing up for days. Thankfully, my kid coughed while I was talking to the nurse, and that was what got her to make an appointment that day. But, if it had been something else, my kid wouldn't have been seen. The only pros about the place is that the new facility is nice and the hours. Receptionists are very nice. Again, this is the Broomall location. No yelp page for it.

Puppy mill medicine for children. If you want to have next to no personal interaction from your children's doctor, rude and barely checked in front desk staff and a billing department that has the warmth of a Russian mobster...this is the place for you.
