Nothing more than tomato sauce on cardboard! The fact that this place has the name 'Chicago' in its name is offensive and a slap in the face to all of Chicago and its natives! Sauce is supposed to stay on the pizza. Your picture of the "deep dish" pizza on your menu is nothing more than a stolen pic of a real Chicago pizza. Worst pizza ever and my expectations weren't even that high to begin with honestly. The customer service was amazing but I want my money back for the pizza!
This absolutely has top be the best pizza in Cincinnati! You have to try the "parm pops"; guarantee that you cannot eat just one! The customer service shows that everyone that works here knows that the customer is the most important person, above and beyond with exceptional service. And all of the prices are very reasonable.
So I ordered pizza on the internet and 2x in a row, they messed up my order. The 2nd time, when I called to get the order fixed, the manager was rude. Said it was my fault the pizza was wrong and offered to give me a credit. When I insisted they bring me out a new pizza, it was my kid's dinner after all, he refused and then hung up on me. Terry was so rude and wrong to hang up on me. I called back and then he refused to give me the credit, said I could call and talk to his boss Chris the next day and hung up on me again. Not once but twice this "manager" hung up on me! Perhaps Terry needs to be retrained in how to handle a customer service issue. Better yet train him on how to read the orders coming in off the internet so he can get them correct. BAD, BAD Terry!! Not the way to manage a store. Customer service from corporate was not happy with his behavior and foul treatment of their customer and they did say they would send out a coupon for 2 free pizzas. Now I have to find another Pizza Hut because I won't order from Terry's store again.
Messed up my order, Went back to change for the correct pizza. When I walked in with the box they asked me if I was supposed to get the bacon. I said yes. The cashier traded it, kind of laughed and did not offer an apology. I was upset and just left thinking well "here I went for fresh pizza and delivery might have been as quick" just sitting here now I wonder how they figured out I had the wrong pizza and who might have dealt with it and why did I not think to get a fresh pizza or offered a fresh pizza. It is not a problem that I will have to deal with again. There is a Marco's right up the street
