Terrible customer service!I dropped off my family vehicle on Monday evening with the owner Shannon Yeager who said he would check out my vehicle the next morning (power steering issues). on Tuesday around 1130 I called for an update and was told they were going to pull my car in shortly. Around 4:00 I stopped by while running other errands in the area and my vehicle was still in the same spot. I spoke to the owner and asked what was going on and he stated that 3 separate dealerships had delivered the wrong parts to vehicles that they were already working on and that he would get to my vehicle when he would get around to it, that "things happen". I told him that next time a phone call would be nice since he said that it would be in the morning, that it when the owner became rude and he stated that he hadn't got to it yet and that he didn't have any updates to make a call about. I decided to take my vehicle to another establishment since this shop had already wasted 24 hours of my time, ruined my confidence in keeping his word and provided and proved extremely poor customer service! That is also when the owner provided some colorful language and very appropriate hand gestures! Good Luck dealing with this establishment!!!
Tom seems like an honest guy, but I don't really feel too great about his work quality. He doesn't do the work on all the cars, but has other employee's doing the work. Didn't notice any pictures or certifications for these employees, so they most likely aren't certified mechanics. Noticed new scratches on my paint, as well as on my interior. Not happy at all about that on a rare weekend car. Had to come back to him after he didn't complete the original job correctly, and he seemed frustrated like I was being a pain. Gave me little attention and had some other mechanic help me out while he just nodded his head to my questions as he filled a tire with air. Not very convincing for important questions about what he did to my vehicle. Ultimately, his helper did some quick makeshift fix which didn't correctly fix my issue. I had to go to my dealer to have it all calibrated properly. This guy was cheap, and for good reason. I would never recommend, or take my vehicle to this establishment ever again. Highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and misleading.
Do not go here for an oil change! The first time I showed up to have my oil change, I had to wait 10 minutes just to be told that they didn't have enough people that day. So I drove back home without an oil change.The next day I called in the morning and was told to come in at 2-ish, but when I showed up I was again told that they couldn't do an oil change for me, and advised me to just keep trying again. Very unprofessional, terrible service. Go somewhere else where they can keep their appointmetns and care about customer service.

Before I found K&M, I was going to another local mechanic that I trusted for almost 10 years. I realize after 4 years at K&M, that I was being ripped off for years at the other place.K&M is reliable and trustworthy. They are on time and competitively priced. I have even had them not charge me for little things like tire patching. They NEVER "find" other things that need to be fixed while you are in for an oil change or a simple repair. The whole staff is friendly, particularly Kevin who is always helpful.If you are in the area, you should go to K&M for all of your auto needs.
