This has been a bad experience with X Drive Motors. I bought a 2009 Nisson Marono. One month after buying car, the gas line went. They told me I had to pay half because that is not written in warenty. I was at gas station pumping gas and then gas started falling out and spilling on my feet. A very scary experience. They also charged me $100 dollars for another problem I had to fix. I purchased the car with problems. Why should I pay. Now the rim and sensor is broke on front drivers side of viechle. When I bought the car the light was on. They said it was because a tire needed air. Turns out I need a rim and a sensor. They will not cover that expense because it is a tire.Within the first two months I am paying out of pocket $500 dollars because of deductables. I traded in my old car because it had problems and now I got a new problem. I spent $10,000 on viechle. This is ridiculous, I should have just bought a car brand new. If I could go back in time, I would have never bought the car from them. I give them 0 Stars. This is the worst car buying experience of my life.

I had a very bad experience at this dealer,I wouldn’t recommend no one here, very racist and the youngest salesman is a joke sorry to say he’s a little chubby kid with orange sneakers, a joke.
Well,I went there to look at a 2000 lex truck for my teacher, the first salesmen I saw looked at me with furry in his eyes he looked like the youngest one there he’s a little chubby,I like always said hi how are you he nodded his head like to say don’t speak to me, I had my daughter with me,so I blocked it out, then waited for someone to help me,I then noticed my color again felt sad and said man I better leave my feelings were hurt also because on the way home I had to explain to my daughter about ignorant people like that I’m 54 born here, and still indore that,so what about my daughter.Rodney P.
Pleasant experience! I literally hate car shopping, but my old car wasn't going to make the winter. I called them on a car I saw on their website. I went down and got financed that day. I picked up the car the next day! They even put a cute little mug in the car to say thank you (I know it is a small thing, but it is the thought that counts!) Everyone was super friendly and not salesy at all. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
I don't even know what exactly happened at xdrive motors but if the deal is too good to be true I'd recommend you approach with caution or not at all. I was interested in a 2006 Honda CR-V SE and they had one that seemed like a good deal, the dealership is two hours away from me so when I went to the dealership to take a look it was much more rough than the photos looked. Small carpartments were broken, the windsheild wipers were shot, the paint had pine sap all over the hood, it only had to be key and the electronics on the key did not work. I gave them a deposit and said I'd like another key and clean it up a little. I got a weird vibe from the place so I got an Autocheck report on the car which showed an accident and frame damage not shown on the "clean car fax" they showed me. I asked for a refund of me deposit immediately. Carlos assured me he had taken care of the situation and I should see the credit in 24 hours.!It is now two weeks later and luckily I had made the deposit with a credit card so I was able to get the charges droppped but thanks only to my credit card. This place may have some good deals but good luck with getting any kind of service other than taking your money.
Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Once they have your deposit they stop returning phone calls, it took weeks after we gave them the deposit to get the car. We gave the deposit on a Friday, signed everything, were told it'll be ready for pick up on Monday, Tuesday at the latest..... weeks later we still had no car. They ignored our phone calls, did not return messages, or texts. When we finally got a hold of anyone they lied everytime. Three different days, three different people claimed, the VIN check is being done right now or the VIN check is was just done.... three different days. VIN CHECKS are only done once. We were just about due for the first car payment when we finally got the car. One problem they had getring it registered was that the title wasn't signed which they didn't know until the runner got to the registry. Now they're calling though, because the lying, phone call dodging, text ignoring, morons forgot to make a copy of the registration which they need to collect their check from the bank, so now they're calling and harrassing us for a copy of the registration they forgot to take when they registered the car. Threatening to have the car repossessed, the car we put the down payment on and have made the payments on already, the car that we put $400 dollars worth of work into and it still needs more work, I'm ready to say take it back, give us back our down payment, plus the car payments we've made, plus the $400 we've put into the car. We would prefer to spend our money elsewhere. They don't even deserve one star if I could give negative stars I would.
Absolutely horrifying experience when they responded to my Craigslist add wanting to by my car. Tom was so rude.
I posted an add to sell one of my older cars online and Andrew from Auto Drive 1 in East Bridgewater responded to the add. The add i posted was well detailed about the issues the car had and the pictures were accurate. He had it finally offered $875 then sent 2 guys out to come see it. Tom tried to keep bartering with me over the price. I told him no over and over again to his offers. Then later this evening Tom sent me these crazy text messages which I have posted to this site. BEWARE these guys are big time scam artists.
All around great experience! The owner, Jacob, is extremely honest and was dedicated to helping me find the best car for my needs instead of trying to push a more expensive car as other dealers often do. Not to mention the great selection he has on his lot! He has a wide variety of American and Japanese trucks, so you can almost guarantee that you will find what you are looking for. His prices are fair in comparison to their Kelley Blue Book values and come with a dealer warranty. As a self-run car dealership, Jacobs auto sales is the perfect compromise between a large dealer and a private owner. You get the dealer's commitment to maintaing a positive name with the personal touch of buying from a private owner. If you need a used truck, Jacobs auto sales in West Bridgewater is the way to go!
I bought my car here and I will be back for next one . . .
