I purchased a stihl leaf blower from ace and the recoil wet bad while under warranty, I took it back 3 different times for the same problem within a year and they charged me every time. it was never repaired on time and I wouldn't get a call when it was repaired. nice people but not impressed with the repair department
I have only used this location a few times and they have been good enough. But I have two occasions that were not favorable and make me more reserved in using them in the future.1. I purchased a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff and I subsequently returned most of it a few days later for a CC credit of $170+. After 3 weeks I happened to recall that I never saw a credit come thru on my card statement so I called the CC company and they said its the business' duty to actually follow-thru with an actual credit posting even though my slip indicated "Auth" for authorized. I called Green and the person said the would call me the next day. Waited and no call back so the following day I called again and the nice lady indicated for some reason the credits did not go thru on that day (~3 weeks prior) so she processed mine again. Looks like I would be out the $170+ if I had not recalled this incident because Green certainly did not look out for me on this one. I wonder how many of us are losing our credits due to incidents like this.2. One of the other times I used their store the cashier was busy visiting with someone off to the side (a potential customer perhaps??) and another customer and I were waiting to be checked out at the register. After a few minutes of waiting it appeared the wait was lkely to continue because we appeared to be ignored. So I left to do other shopping but I was frustrated with no one to check us out.
