Twice now in several years, Jax has broken my car antenna. They will do me the great favor of paying what I pay in car washes - but will not fix my antenna and claimed, in addition, that it was rusty (replaced about 4 years ago) and an older car.. And this was a birthday wash! Happy birthday to me - not! The inexpensive washes have always been fine - stick to them!
Great car wash as always. They also do a nice job of detailing at a reasonable price.
STAY AWAY!!!
I was just in there today (7/6/09) and the car wash ripped the blinker out of my BMW ... and wouldn't do anything about it!!!
I advise you go elsewhere, as I will surely never return.
