Overall
This was the most lifeless bor...

This was the most lifeless boring and one-dimensional Thai food we have ever had. The pad Thai was sweet and had none of the salty-sour complexity of taste that comes with good Thai food. Very few bean sprouts or shrimp; they seemed concerned with the quantity of noodles in the dish when they should have focused on the quality of taste. The gang dang (bamboo shoot coconut milk red curry) was even worse. The bamboo shoots still have the taste of a can and the salty curry sauce is meager in quantity for the amount of bamboo shoots and thin on any complexity of flavor. Worse, when we gave this feedback to the manager, he preferred to argue with us that other people liked it. We did not. I can recommend several places in the Detroit metro area for Thai food with better and more authentic Thai flavors and care of preparation. The most authentic is still to be found downtown at Bangkok Crossing.
