This is the best dim sum and chinese cuisine in Michigan. The har gow and chicken feet are sublime. They have the best stickey rice and steamed squid I have had. Egg plant and sauteed noodles are spicy-not salty or bland. The brocolli was crunchy and had a bit of kick. Fried whole shrimp and squid were crispy- moist -and came to the table steaming HOT. The pineapple buns are moist and sweet. The soup was hot and spicey as ordered. I have had the squab and shu mai--both are done perfectly. Clean, friendly service, and special compliments to Betty and Raymond. All the staff are helpful,professional, and friendly. No Black Lady Here. My thoughts are the previous negative reviews were from competitors. I will return with friends for the lobster and the whole fresh fish. Would not hesitate to give 5+ stars. Owner and son were both helpful and accomadating. Also recommend the 5 spiced salty fried oysters.
