Westbury Bank failed to process our business account deposit yet proceeded to assess our account multiple NSF fees including a transaction that was credited the same day. A fee is charged for every single debit transaction (even if on the same day). When I escalated the call the supervisor Pam was rude and kept talking over me, then she proceeds to tell me that the bank does not have the capability to process deposit the same day (which would have avoided any fee). Puzzling that they have the capability to process POS transactions immediately (and same day) but not deposits. Unethical at best.
