I called the store to make a change to my account. Mind you I have done this about 5 times in the last 3 months because of various issues with my plan. I was told by the person on the phone who seemed agitated and mad about something that had happened previously before my call that he could not help me. His name was Mike Manthei or something to that nature. He said I should call the 1-800 number and have them help me. I know this is incorrect because several other stores have helped me in the past doing this very thing he said he wouldn't. He said he would not help me. I asked to speak to the store manager and he said he was the manager. I then said I was going to leave and he said he "did not care" and that if I wanted to I should contact customer care. I told him I would be reporting him to the BBB of Wisconsin and also Verizon. I told him he would be losing a client and he said "that's fine." He said he was the 2nd highest up in pecking order and "doesn't answer" to anyone except the CEO of the company. He has no manager what so ever. He was by far the most rude, inconsiderate person I have ever dealt with and would not recommend Verizon or any of "all the stores he owns". Take your business to someone who cares! Terrible customer and the most rude person I have ever spoken too in my entire life.
