This has to be one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. When you first walk into the salon its just so beautiful, and also being greeted at the door by the manager. He was very nice, helpful and customer service oriented. I would definitely refer this salon to a lot of people and I will definitely return and be a continuing loyal customer.
They did not communicate well with us, their lack of English didn't help. We did not get our foot massage before getting the pedi which is the whole reason why we go. Not going back!
We were initially told it would be a 30 minute wait for a simple pedicure for 3 people which we thought was reasonable. After waiting an hour and a half one of our names was called. Meanwhile every other customer that walked through the door was offered drinks and other things while they were waiting and we were not. Two of us decided to opt out since the wait was so long and the woman didn't even apologize for the slow service. Never coming here again.
I am not one who normally complains by any means, but I wanted to warn you of my TERRIBLE experience with The Nail Artist Salon! My sister and I bought a gift certificate for our other sister; a single mom who works her hardest to provide for her son and never spends a cent on herself. We wanted her to have a day out to relax and treat herself for once. She was immediately scolded for being late, and the lady mentioned she didnt have time to do everything because of her tardiness. She was approximately 3 minutes late because she got lost and had to call the lady for help finding the place. She let the lady know she doesnt get pedicures ever because she is a single mom and doesnt have time or money to keep up with it. She bashfully apologized for her bad feet, as she works a lot on her feet and wears lots of heels/flip flops. The lady proceeded to tell her how disgusting and nasty her feet were. The lady told her that her feet were the worst she has seen in years and told her that she hopes she doesnt ruin her sons feet like she's ruined hers. She went on to discuss how much money she makes a year with her nail salon business and other uncomfortable topics. Lastly, three nails were chipped and needed to be fixed before my sister even got home. This lady needs to learn tact if she hopes to ever get repeat business! I was mortified that this is the way my sister was treated! Would the lady like it if she went to dentist for a teeth cleaning and the dentist continued to tell her how smelly her breath was and how dirty her teeth are? I reccommend finding another place to go!!!!!
