I must comment on the negative replies. Not too long ago l needed help as a volunteer working for the Red Cross as we helped with the deployment of Wisconsin Units to Afghanistan. Starting with the head of the credit union to several of the staff....they were amazing in helping prepare "lucky penny" messages for over a 100 soldiers.
Westbury Bank failed to process our business account deposit yet proceeded to assess our account multiple NSF fees including a transaction that was credited the same day. A fee is charged for every single debit transaction (even if on the same day). When I escalated the call the supervisor Pam was rude and kept talking over me, then she proceeds to tell me that the bank does not have the capability to process deposit the same day (which would have avoided any fee). Puzzling that they have the capability to process POS transactions immediately (and same day) but not deposits. Unethical at best.
