I've yet to meet anyone at Eternal Memorials face-to-face, but in all of our phone and email interactions they've been responsive and professional. My father died last summer, and because I'm in California, arranging for the monument needed to be gone remotely. EM made the process as painless as possible, which involved cleaning other stones in our little family plot, fabricating the marker for my dad, installing it, and coordinating with the cemetery, all during the Season of Covid-19 Pandemic. Jeffrey, Melissa and the other EM folks I've dealt with have all been easygoing, while also being thorough and competent. If you're reading this, then this is not an easy time for you, and you probably don't make decisions like this very often (God-willing), so you might as well deal with people who are ethical and knowledgeable.

Jeffrey C and his staff were extremely helpful during this very trying time for me. They were knowledgeable and compassionate to my needs. I would HIGHLY recommend their services.

I dealt with Melissa at Eternal Memorials. I was under a short time frame to have my mother’s stone made. She was able to get everything arranged so that I was able to have my mother’s unveiling within the year. My family and I are extremely appreciative of her ability to expedite everything.

My family has worked with Jeff Cohen at Eternal Memorials in West Babylon for many years and recently when my mother passed away I was pretty must lost in sadness. Jeff arranged everything for me, with honesty, caring and sincere sympathy. He went above and beyond what was necessary and I will be forever grateful. The stone was lovely and just as designed. All the arrangements were made for me or I was advised as to what to do next. Unlike many people one must engage with at the time of a loved ones death, Jeff and his staff were extremely helpful as well as compassionate.

Above and beyond my expectations. I walked in with my family to purchase a monument for my wife. Jeff Cohen and his staff treated us with so much respect and compassion I left feeling much better about the task needed. He not only delivered on what was promised EARLY, he thanked me for my business. What a mensch. Every detail was taken care of completely and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. I have the highest praise for the entire company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jeff in the future. JOB DONE EXCELLENT!

Nasty liars. I don't have foot stone & can't get my deposit back. And by the way, they only take cash or check for final payment which should have tipped me off in the first place.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I used them because my grandparents used the company (Haskell Bros) that Eternal acquired. When you pay in full up front there is not much recourse. I paid for a stone in February for my mother. I kept waiting and never heard from them. On Memorial Day I went to pay respects to my father's grave (a veteran) and low and behold my mother's stone was there!! The cemetery told me the stone was delivered on May 10! I had also paid in Feb to have my father's footstone acid washed. That could have been done at any time but that was not done by Memorial Day.

Don't use them!
