I tried to like this place. However, I had multiple concerns with the staff and their reaction to behaviors of other kids. There was a lot of chatting, playing on phones and generally not paying close attention to the children and their behavior (from what I witnessed personally). My toddler had a hard time going there daily and told me things that would happen that bothered me. (given candy at lunch time every day, teachers putting him on their shoulders, multiple children hitting my son, marks on my son with no explanation or incident report, to name a few). I eventually had to go with my gut and remove my children from the agency. Like another review stated, Mrs. A did seem do to a good job with her class and my son enjoyed her. The staff appeared very friendly, I just feel they were all very inexperienced, unaware of boundaries and what's appropriate to do with other people's children, and not trained well.
everything about above and beyond is horrible. the owner is a rude tyrant an her assistant manager is a snake. do yourself a favor an don't work or send your children to above and beyond. she doesn't care about her staff at all. I saw a girl crying while on the job once cause she yelled at her in front of the kids.
Will NEVER recommend this facility, pick my child up more then 3 times in urine soaked clothing or a pull-up left on for more then six hours without being checked. When addressed to the front office staff they tried to blame my toddler as if a child should monitor themselves.
I have used many daycares throughout my children's lives, and I have to say that A Beautiful Child is by far my favorite! Many daycares feel very "corporate" and your child seems like just a number, but at this daycare, they give everyone their personal touch. Each child is important and recognized as the precious individual that they all are. I highly recommend A Beautiful Child and their Staff!
Terrible place for kids and staff to be. Director is using military style with kids and specially staff. She is demanding too much of children, above their age and abilities. I will not recommend this place to anybody to place their kids there, or work.
My son has been at Kims Kids since 2011 and I could not be happier. He wakes up daily very excited to see his teachers and his friends. The staff is wonderful and it is very fairly priced. I know Kim's Kids has been instrumental in helping my son reach all of his milestones and become the intelligent boy he is today! I recently had another baby boy who started at Kim's Kids a few weeks ago. We are very happy with the care and education both kids receive. I highly recommend Kim's Kids.
The staff here is so friendly.
Below average child care,Below average employment,Below average managment,Never send your child to the Romig Road location, the director is young, incompetent, unproffesional and probably has no children of her own so that she could even begin to understand how important her job is.
My children have been at Kims Kids since May 2011 and we ahve loved every minute! When we started I was very nervous about leaving my new baby but when I got to see the interaction of the kids & teachers all of that feeling went away. I love that it is a very home like enviroment with a big back yard to play in. My children look forward to going everyday and I love knowing that they are in loving hands while they are learning!
My daughter has been at Kim's Kids since January 2012. She loves her "teachers", and looks forward to going to "school" everyday. The staff is wonderful, and make each child feel special. It is a home like atmoshere, yet, also a place for learning new things everyday. I highly recommend Kim's Kids. I have total peace of mind when I go to work, because I know my daughter is in safe, trusted, loving hands.
