I had them copy my house key. Not only did the key not work, but I did not get a refund, and they were entirely unapologetic. Would not recommend.
Like this neighborhood Hardware store , I go there to have them repair specialized screens forthe windows of my home . Satisfied with their work. Ample parking, can get in and out. Store is limited as far as big boxed items... But carries most products that one would need for general house repair paint, tools, paintbrushes... Customer Service very accommodating... .
They have a very good selection just buy what you need and hire some one else. The owner David very nice person the kitchen designer Tony no good;gives you great layouts from the computer but takes the wrong measurement and than their installer Chuy (you dont even get his full name) can't install them properly and charge you for extra material. They don't imform you that they are not responsible for the work of the installer, that they just pass the job to him and that you're on your own. By the way not a professional cabinet installer more like handyman, very messy wood finish, loose crown molding, doors not adjust properly and badly expose finish nails, bar not secure properly left with two sticks. Forgot to mention once you go back to complain they rude and defensive and cover for one another's mistakes and store owner blindly supports them.
This is a good hardware store with a decent selection. Service can be hit or miss, but we've had some really friendly and helpful people work with us here.
Great. The best service!Neighborhood hardware store on Washington and Hoover area.adding more stock every day.
I really like this Anawalt because it's never too crowded and the staff is really helpful. I love the nursery section and I always have a hard time leaving without a new succulent.
i have an older home, about 20 years it's sitting on. so naturally i've been here a couple times to redo some of the aging sinks and cabinets. everything i could possibly need is here.
some are saying the actual name of the place is la custom cabinets, or dave's paint and hardware. it appears to be both (just wanted to clarify for confusion). regardless the options supplied and things you can get are everything a professional would want for home renovation.
A business that's been around and for good reason. Lots of home improvement options. Focuses on kitchen, bathrooms, tiles, cabinets, and other things. Extremely knowledgeable staff. One of the better hardware stores.
this is an amazing place. we renovated the cabinets for my salon so they'd have a new look and la customs had every single thing for it. i got all the help and supplies then got a third party to do the building. much better than just going through contracts. completely awesome!
