I wouldn't buy a car from them to save my life after how they treated my 85 yr old parents. It would take pages to tell you what they did to them, how they lied to my father, pressured, belittled both my mother and father, and they said if they opened their mouths just once and didn't sign a statement saying they Wouldn't get an attorney, they would jack their car up another $6000. They scared my parents and I'm hoping that the Tampa tv news crews shows how unethical they dealt with 2 wonderful 85 yr old parents. If you knew my mom and dad, you'd be furious too!!

Hi I am giving you a 5 star review because one of your internet salesman, Chris Zimmerman went beyond what I expected. He communicated to me exactly what I needed to know. He actually went out and videotaped the things that I needed to know about the car and text messaged them to my phone with explanations. Who does that??! A good salesperson with a lot of potential.. that's who. This guy will totally advance. I may not buy a car from this kid today but I will leave him a positive review. Honesty and integrity is what Chris Zimmerman is reflecting for Wesley Chapel Honda. Impressed me enough that I wrote a positive review for the company he represents. Thanks for the help.
This place has the worst services I have ever came across. I have a 2014 fusion with 2,200 miles and this is the second time I had to go there.The 1st time I went there I had a harness with a connector that was a problem. They said they had to have one sent to then. I then asked why not take one from a car on the lot. "i was told that if they did that then that connector would break." They also said it would take 2 days to get the part. After making a big deal they got a car for me to use> I ask you if you can't even remove a connector without damaging it, then what else Is ford putting in there cars that is also crape? I just had a tire go flat and I went to the deal a ship Agine and they said that it will cost $1,400 for the rim and $200 for the tire. I looked up the rim and the cost is $579 and shouldn't Goodyear stand by there tire? they also told me that I won't get it back till Friday and they won't give me a loaner. Never had anything like this with my Hondas.
BEWARE.....,Service department is NOT honest...PERIOD, I am original owner of 2008 S.They tried to rip me off by telling me my car needed brakes after 42000. Took it a shop I trust and have worked with for years. Brakes had 75-80% left. I am a former Racer, Yacht owner, and currentl PCA(Porsche Club) member so I know cars. This was legal attempt to lie and steal from customers. NEVER EVER TRUST THIS DEALER,
SCAMMERS!!!! Beware! I took the basic riding class's there to get my endorsement and was nearly tricked! I wanted to buy a bike for the first time in cash. They made me pay a "non refundable" down payment and told me I can't have a receipt or copy of any paperwork. Ryan, the financial manager, told me that it is against the law for honda to give any copies of paperwork until I pay in full. When I told this tale to an elder, she immediately called them and requested a faxed copy of everything I signed and a receipt. They agreed, but never sent anything. An hour later, she drove us up to the dealership and they gave me my money back. They had no copies of the paperwork. It's a scam. They preyed on me because I had no buying experience and tried to pocket my so called deposit. While they do have nice bikes, go elsewhere.
I give my salesperson Will, and his GM Rich an AAAAA+ rating. Purchasing a car is probably the second most stressful thing most people do. These fellows made the purchase of my pre-owned Edge an enjoyable experience. It truly was worth the 91 mile trip to their dealership. Meeting with the Service Tech who maintained the vehicle eliminated any concerns I had about its history. Highly recommended….Keep up the good work! Thank You Will.
